Are you ready to take your practice to the next level? Suan Sati’s special 5-day intensive retreat is designed to inspire your best effort needed to get you there. During this retreat, you will be invited to step out of your comfort zone and into a place where radical transformation can take place. This retreat is suitable for all levels, however you must have a positive attitude, openness to new teachings, and a willingness to explore your limits, assumptions, and fears.
About The Intensive
This retreat will feature a 3-hour morning meditation and dynamic yoga session, a 2-hour afternoon meditation and slow yoga session, alignment workshops, detailed meditation technique instructions, Dhamma talks, open discussions on the practice, personal interviews, and much more including a day of introspective silence and an optional day of fasting. You will be guided by 3 dedicated teachers offering unique perspectives based on years of practice and study. For our asana practice, expect lots of arm balances, inversions, deep stretches, strengthening, and sweat! During the meditation practice, we will go in depth into the philosophy of the practice and spiritual teachings, but we will also spend a lot of time experiencing the practice for ourselves.
We have conviction in this type of practice because we have seen how it can better equip us to deal with life’s adversities. When we are strong and stable, we can stand and face challenges with the deep understanding that they are temporary. Developing the strength needed to face life’s difficulties with an empowered and collected centeredness is a far greater reward than just chasing pleasurable, comfortable experiences on and off the mat. This retreat is the perfect time and place to turn up the heat and burn off the doubts holding you back from being what you aspire to be.
This retreat is life-changing for those who are looking to go deep into meditation and yoga through challenging practice. More casual yogis are encouraged to book a normal retreat because this retreat will be full of fire! For this reason, this retreat is subject to a short application form to determine your suitability for this retreat.

Price is all-inclusive of food, accommodation, the yoga and meditation program, and round-trip transportation from the old city.
